Section 8 housing and medical marijuana

    My father lives in a section 8 apartment in California and I have been trying to figure out the rules they have about the growing and usage of medical marijuana. I have had no luck so I'm hoping someone here could tell me what the rules are.

    DON'T DO IT. There are no protections for medical marijuana patients, and he will be evicted. They've done it before and they single out Section 8 patients for some reason.

    SUCKS.
