Woke up Sunday morning to a house stinking of cannabis. Power went out for an hour and the entire place stunk up, I don't know how my wife missed it but she did. It was completely dead, ballest was warm. I'll trouble shoot it tonight when I get home. I have some old bulbs that I can pop in to see if that's when went but I think it's a capacitor.
