  2. Yeah they look pretty healthy, I notice on one of the leafs you got dead tips. Usually that's a sign of nutrient burn maybe slightly lay off the concentration of fertilizer you're giving them. It's only on that one isolated leaf though. So the problem seems to be mild to say the least, problem is before you know it a mild problem can turn into a severe problem.

  3. The leaf burn was from a careless act moving plant around touched a grow light. I babysit the plant.lol thanks for the feedback. I will continue to post threads with updates and more photos.

  4. And just out of curiosity. ..whats best in opinion...to use during flowering stage...cfl or led? Have high pressure sodium bulbs in process of getting ballast for it though. First plant of mine just cutting my teeth. If anyone has any tips for me thatd be great.

  5. Well the best is obviously HPS bulbs, better light penetration and better yields. Typically speaking, though not always. If you can't handle the rising temps that HPS causes then that might actually be counterproductive to your overall yield. For instance my yields started increasing when I downsized from a 600 watt HPS to a 400 watt HPS. Putting HPS aside though, I have no experience with LED bulbs. My very first 5 to 6 grows was with compact florescents. Don't expect top of the line yields, however with some trimming, lst, mylar, and just enough vegging you could expect decent yields. I used a 200 watt clf for the main light, then I had 4 smaller (I think 50 watt) bulbs around the bottoms to give the bottom part better lighting. That's the major problem with cfls, at least it was for me, light penetration is harder to come by.

  6. well said matey. Lay off the nutes for a few feeds.
