    You can top if the set of leaves behind are developed. I would wait for an extra node and go from there.
    Also, you should place your spoiler leaves under the developing tops. You want the tops exposed, but the bottom (of the picture) top is covered by the spoiler leaf. You should tuck that spoiler under the branch.
