These outdoor plants look like they have a nitrogen deficiency, but not sure. 7-9 hours of light a day and not sure how to make them look healthier - if needed. They received their third ever batch of neptunes harvest fish fert water about a week ago; these pictures were taken about 5 days after the nutrient water. Thanks!
