About me...I am a very casual user. I grew some plants in 2016. That was my first grow ever. Bought an LED light. A timer. A Small fan. Setup a closet and grew some 'Columbian Gold' seeds from Herbie's Head Shop. I documented that entire grow experience I'm a beginner making every mistake There are pictures of my plants throughout the Growth / Flowering statge. That stash carried me for a long time. That weed stayed in my fridge and lasted me a long time, but its losing its potency. I planted two plants outside over the summer, but they both got stressed out in fall, one turned male at flower time, the other hermied or something and I didnt get decent bud off of it. So, I started another indoor Grow, and I am going to keep a journal and share pics of this grow too. People helped a lot, solving problems and answering questions. Hope things go well this time. I'm not certain what they are. When I bought my seeds, Herbies threw in extra seeds. I think I used all my Columbian Gold seeds. The two that din't bud properly this summer were KC's Brain Damage seeds. I had 3 seeds left, and I germinated two of them, but not 100% certain what they are. (Maybe an afghan autoflower?)
I have not fed these plants yet, but I do have nutes for them. My biggest problem so far has been plants in the seedling stage. I've lost quite a few, and in the past I think having the light too close caused it. But your right, these plants have gotten past that point, and I will move it closer.
...and a week later. I also topped the main shoot on both plants, first time I've tried that, so curious to see what will happen.
Jan 22. Gave them a does of Nutes last week. I'm going to add a SCROG screen tomorrow...something I've never tried before.
I built my own little SCROG screen and added it. I guess the goal is just to pull the tallest branches to the outer squares of the net to let line into the lower levels. Once they are all reaching the net, switch to flowering light scheme.
I'm flowering for around 10 weeks now and my buds have not really thickened up the way i was expecting. My leaves are getting very yellow, trichomes are still clear. I'm not happy with the fatness and size though.
