Looking at some vortex fan ratings right now and a 12 incher that pushes 1140 CFM is 400 watts so I would imagine yours would be pushing anywhere from 1000-1300 CFM. http://www.plantlighting.com/Vortex-12-inch-1140-CFM-High-Power-Inline-Fan-D_1368.html Fan might be a bit of overkill but it sounds like you got it at a pretty cheap price. I'd probably run it at 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off. Be sure to get a smaller oscillating fan to help move air around too. 95 degrees (I'm guessing you meant Fahrenheit since Celsius would be over 200F) is pretty hot for a room with no lights in it so you may have to put a small a/c in there if you are going to be using a 1000 watter.
I am not going to claim I can identify your fan but if I was you I would post some pictures of this beast. 400w+ is OVERKILL to say the least. I run these and it sounds like you will need to as well. http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=43060
i might sell it n purchase a small one as my grow room is only 2.5mtr x 3mtr x 3.2mtr high an 1140cfm is way too big, the prob is that its peek summer here so if i cant get temps down i might have to wait a few months till it cools down
Buy a Vortex like the user above mentioned or a Can-Fan like I run with a router speed control. Just do not be fooled by CFM ratings in lesser quality fans. The above mentioned are top notch.
