I got a 2 ww, 1wedding cake and a glookies 8 weeks in flower most of the tichs are cloudy but can still see afew clear. I'm gonna wait another 4 or 5 days then chop. Good plan? Based on the pics? Got as close a shot as my phone would take. This is my second serious grow. I'm using technaflora line, in ffof. 3 gallon air-pots in a 2x4 tent and 450 actual watt led lights.
Nice n frosty, decent size heads by the look of it, you've done well. Just don't chop too early make sure you do it at the right time.

The group shot is the white widows from seedsman. They are by far the largest of the lot. And they were actually freebies. Lol. Made me a customer I already picked up a 10 pack of they're white og and some more ww's. Going by the number of white hairs they look like they will go alittle longer, but mainly I'm going by trich color on those, they are ww's after all, I'm going for bout 90 10 cloudy to amber

You need a Microscope. Don't mess around trying to guess. Carson Pocket = $12.00 USB works on phones and PC. = $19.00 Focus sucks but it works well enough for what we need. Look at the specs. It needs to be low power 60x. Some models start to high. Now where to take your samples. Surface trichomes can / are artificially ripened early by the Light / Sun. You want fingernail clipping sized snips taken from deep in the plant where the light does NOT reach. At 60x magnification that tiny fragment will be HUGE ! Take 5 samples top to bottom. What to look for. Amber. 5-10% Think in averages. If you don't have at least some that is past perfect you'll have to much that is way under done. With experience you'll learn how "Done" you like your Cannabis. I run Photoperiods 10 weeks actual of flower outside. Done into Kief based edible oil capsules it's still way speedy. The only exceptions I've found were Pure Sativa strains that at 15 weeks still didn't have any amber so we took them. Could have gone longer IMO. BNW

I use a 8x jewelers loupe, not as good as the usb scopebut it does let me see what I need to see, I can't carry around a scope and laptop. On amazon for 8 bucks or so.
I think I got a 10x mag glass I'll try that. Anything to save a buck. And I'll clip a out of the way spot to view it off the plant, I was tryna take a close up of the buds on the plant under the lights,,,never thought to clip a small piece. Duh. Lol.
