To all you volcano owners who might smoke alone... why is it that the second bag off the vape is SO MUCH BETTER than the first. Am I that stoned, or is the second bag just the fuckin' bomb! Maybe...just maybe I just came up with my first real excuse to buy a digital volcano. I just realized that I am happy that I can get baked every day for the rest of my life. God did indeed smile on me!!
I fell ya. I have an ssv and the first few hits are pretty big but they don't compare to the 3rd or 4th. I think that's because the bud has to heat up and dry out a bit and then you get more vapor.
Because the for the first bag it needs to heat up the cold herb to vaping temperature, evaporate water and other lower boiling terpenes. The second bag is always the best for me, first is a warmup.
ive read in the valcano manual to let warm air run through the bowl for about 5 seconds before you attach the bag onto the bowl. this is only for the first bowl. theory being that the bud will reach its vaporization point shortly after you attach the bag so the first few seconds aren't just blowing hot air into the bag that takes up space.
I keep my bag on and the goods on the volcano while it is preheating, that doesn't do much good. Eager to try both of these tonight.
