Sea of Green Method in 5 gallon pots

    I'll be limited in space (40x4 space to fill up) so I was thinking of trying out the Sea of Green method.

    Strain I'm growing is GMO Cookies. What yield should I be expecting if I were to put them in 5 gallon pots?

    What LED lights would you recommend?

    I can show you what I got in a space that size, two plants in 5 gallon planter bags 80% sativa 20% indica they were topped at 4 node and 5 more weeks to harvest. 44 inches long 23 inches wide 13 inches high. Here's pictures. Super cropped them to keep them low. Hope to get 4 o/z or more with 1000 watt HPS.
