SCROG vs. LST

    Which would yield more in a 3ft x 2ft x 5ft (LxWxH) space under a 250w HPS? SCROG or LST?

    I would if I'm going to SCROG. But if LSTing gives you just as much bud then I dont see the point in making the screen.

    With that height you should lst for sure though

    Using a screen provides guidance in trying to create a nice even canopy. Other than that they are pretty much the same. Generally, if done right, a scrog and lst job will yield similar amounts, its really just a matter of preference.
