   I am planning to grow bagseed in a small closet grow with CFL's, but I am not sure whether to grow ScrOG or SOG. I want a good balance between a short time before harvest, a small grow and a high yield. Thanks in advance.

   Depends on your setup. DWC is horrible for SOG but fantastic for SCROG... E&F has it's uses and soil, well soil can be effective using either method.
