This is my first time growing and i have read about many diffrent types of ways to help grow your plants i would like to try scrog but know 100% clear. So can i take a wired shelf and place it above my plants for them to grow into and this will help slow down the growth so they will grow bigger? i hope i dont sounds dumb i am just very confused on how this one works please help me.
The way a scrog works is once the plants start to grow thru the screen you pull them back under and continue doing this until 2 weeks into flowering. Basically you are growing the plant sideways. By doing this all of the bud sites (nodes) believe they are the top cola and grow towards the light. The result is a sea of massive colas over the screen when finished. Any more questions?
