When you finally harvest your nugs using the SCROG tech do you cut the individual nugs and let them dry individually or do you cut the plant at the base and let the entire screen dry before removing any nugs ??? I'm sure there's many different techniques & opinions. How about stop watering for several days. Let the nugs dry in place with the lights off. Then cut the individual colas. I like that idea!!! What have other people done ?
Hi... I am doing my first SCROG grow and will be harvesting in about 10 days. It appears like Mr. Rumple uses a modified SCROG. His plants look like their still growing vertically so you have better access to the individual stems. I was interested in growing MJ horizontally then letting the flowers pop up during flowering. While thinking this technique through I see two potential problems 1. The stems will be under the screen or woven through the screen and won't be accessible to cut 2. Flushing. If the plant is connected to this 2x2 3x3 screen; it makes it real hard to move and flush.... I have a few ideas, but was curious what others have done.
