  1. I just picked up Scotts 10-12-10 Fert from Lowes and am going to use it for the flowering stage. Plants just starting flowering last week. My question is about the directions of use. The direction are stated as "Using a dime as a size reference, this illistration shows about how much Scotts Bulb Slow Release Plant Food you should sprinkle on the soil to feed established or new bulb beds. When planting or feeding individual bulbs, mix 1/2 teaspoon for small buds to 1 teaspoon for large bulbs in the soil used to cover the bulb". So... the illistration shows a dime and im guessing im supposed to use whatever amount covers the head of a dime for the whole plant?? Or am I supposed to use a 1/2 ts or full ts?? My MJ is growing outdoors in pots that are 12" in diameter and about a foot deep as well. Can someone help me out and give me a suggestion as to how much of this fert I should sprikle around in the pot. For some reason im not comprehending the directions. Thanks!

  2. sounds to me they are using the dime for measurement of the bulb....if it sbigger than the dime it gets 1 teaspoon if its smaller it gets 1/2 teaspoon

so i would probably say the 1 teaspoon is what u need
