  1. What do you think he\'ll get? Life or Death?

Someone told me yesterday that they thought that he sould be hung at the superbowl half-time show. That would be a weird half-time show!

    I wanna hear your views...

  2. DEATH!

Tie that mother fucker to a chair, cut off his balls, throw kerocene on him, toss a match, and watch that fuck head burn. What a dirty son of a bitch. Scott Peterson...Pft *spat*

  3. I hope he gets life. I want that asshole to have to live with what he did for
    a very long time.

But life - death, it probably doesn\'t matter. As soon as an inmate gets a
hold of him - Splat! Just like Jeffrey Dahmer.

One thing about cons on the inside is they all hate child killers completely.

  4. He\'ll be fucked in the ass a couple times first, but then it will just be..... SPLAT... *head against cement wall, blood drippin down*... But I hope the take that fucker, singe his ball hairs, and put electrical charges (preferably a semi battery) hooked up to his nuts, then they can burn that fucker, because he should rot in hell for what he did.

  5. I hope he gets life. He would live with Laci/Child\'s death on his mind for awile. He would live with it for awhile and probably regret it. Therefore creating emotional and mental problems. Then eventually he would probably get fucked in the ass and killed in prison. But I don\'t believe that the death penalty is right.. so yeah

  6. That evil bastard should live in a 3x5 for the rest of his short ass lived life where inmates sensitive to the cruel death of his wife and child can make a playground out of his ass in prison!

Prison can give a man a whole new meaning of pain, think about not feeling the sun again on your face for the rest of your life for a moment.

Trust me there are no words to discribe the punishment of life in prison, and he still has hell to look forward to...

    Fucke\'em, pass the jay...

  7. I\'m for the death penalty but not in this case. Everyone else made the point...the motherfucker should dream about what he did every night for the rest of his life. When he wakes every morning, they should be on his mind for the entire day...day after day after day...

It\'s different when a killer doesn\'t know his victim...an eye for an eye; but for him to do that to a woman that he claimed to have loved at some point and to a child that was created by him....nah, he needs to live in turmoil. If hell were a guaranteed thing then the death penalty could be an option...?what\'s worse than burning in the hot flames of hell?...but it\'s not, so turmoil will have to do.

  8. I\'ve visited this thread a few times now and didn\'t reply. First I didn\'t know anything about the case, then I googled it. But didn\'t post anyway.

Now I feel a bit disturbed. I\'ve always been against death penalty. And I was surprised so many voted for life. But now I see you only vote life because you feel that\'s even worse punishment than death. And it is. Talked to one of my regulars on the ward today. He\'s been in prison for 19 years (you don\'t wanna know what for). And he told me what happens to child abusers and killers. And I wouldn\'t wish that upon any person. No matter what they did. And belive me...isolation is even worse. You\'ll go nuts in a year. Maybe that would be preferable in such a case.

Honestly, I don\'t know what to say any more. I feel both are severe punishments. I\'m not so much concerned by the punishment as by the reactions on this board. Way too much emotions, if you ask me.

Remember the 2 kids in England some 15 years ago. Who killed a 5-year old. Public went nuts and was ready to lynch those kids.

All I say...promoting torture for torturers places you on the same level as them.

  9. I agree with everyone else so far on this subject. I think death is way to easy. Anyway, he\'s got 3 appeals in the first place...this case could go on and on for years...sigh

  10. I don\'t wish for him to be tortured physically; although, no matter what he gets, he\'ll end up going through all of that. I wish for his torture to come from within...as should anyone\'s who does something such as this. He took two lives because he was too big of a wus or too greedy to just get a divorce.

  11. In that respect it\'s questionable if putting him in prison helps him think and regret. I, too want them to go through the deepest depression remorse can give. If they\'re capable of remorse. Many aren\'t.

But my last sentence...I didn\'t mean torturists exclusively. That counts for death penalty, too. An eye for an eye is medieval and against all human rights. It\'s one of the things that still stick from my christian upbringing. And actually the US constitution, too, guarantees the right to life.

I always thought it was an american phenomenon to support death penalty. But since the likes of Marc Dutroux, many belgians and other europeans seem to support death penalty again. It\'s horrible.

  12. keep him in jail for a while then kill him, that guys a fucking shithead for killing his wife and his own son

  13. Death. I dont believe in criminals sucking on tax payers money. I\'d much rather subject him and all serious criminals to corporal punishment.

  14. Not only that but do you think he really cares about he did? If you could drowned the woman who you were \"in love with\" and your child he won\'t care just because he\'s in jail. People always want they to sit in jail and think about what they did but someone who is so heartless to begin with won\'t be thinking about what he did in jail. He\'ll be in jail working out in the gym and playing B-ball out side with other heratless fucks and all on your dime. Inject his ass. Megan

  15. He should get life so he will become soem black guys bitch his whole life. Insted of him getting the ez way out by painless death.

  16. i just heard about him getting death, but if you think about he\'d suffer alot more living every single day for the rest of his life in some misrable jail. I would request the chair if I was him, I couldn\'t take prison for my entire life.

  17. Well he doesn\'t strike me as the kind of person who WOULD sit and think and regret, though the treatment recieved in prison would sure rain on his parade, the fact of the matter is I would rather spend my tax dollars killing him than letting him live, even if in misery. He\'s not worth my hard work! So I chose the death penalty for that reason alone.
I did see a show one time that was with first time child offeneders of violent acts who were a part of a program that is under study right now. Basically they go to intensive group and private counciling and they are forced to face the all the pain and misery they caused the people they hurt (many of these kids were in jail for murder or violent assalut) as well as the psychological aspects of what they did. It was very intense and even made me feel about =] that much remorse for them. It really seemed to work well, but it was a documentary obviously supporting the program, so it would present it that way even if it didn\'t really work. Too bad they can\'t do something like that with him, and make him live with it his whole life... even so, he\'s still not worth spending my hard earned money on.

  18. He got the death sentence, but he should\'ve gotten life. Killing him is just giving him the easy way out. Think of him sitting in a small cell for the rest of his life. Whatever, he\'ll probably be sitting on death row for the rest of his life so it doesn\'t matter.

  19. Its just to bad that our system is so slow in the process of excuting inmates on death row. Also as a side note. It costs far more to house an inmate on death row then it does one who is in prison for life.

  20. without knowing anything about that SPeterson, no human being
has the right to sentence another fella human to death. It is
    just wrong.

    i vote life.
