Scientists starting to look at the bibliography of IPCC AR4

Discussion in 'Science and Nature' started by Sir Elliot, Jan 25, 2010.

  1. In the light of the UN retracting whole sections of IPCC AR4 for being absolutely unsupported by evidence and fraudulent, some folks have decided to start fact checking the bibliography.

    And what have they found?

Remember, this is a NOBEL PRIZE WINNING document, that is supposed to be the most scientific case ever for global warming serving as definitive proof using only the best peer reviewed scientific literature.

And what's being found in the bibliography?

Dozens upon dozens of papers that were never peer reviewed at all. Some of them were just published opinion pieces or press releases.

    Is this the scientific method?

Isn't it time that anyone who is honest and/or who has any respect for the scientific process reject AR4 as junk science, and admit that there is not sufficient evidence for AGW?
