School Zone's & Growing

  1. I want to start growing my allowed amount of medical plants, one of my main concerns is that I live in a school zone.
    Anyone with personal experience or better understanding of how living in a school zone is different legally if it differs at all?
     
  2. if you live in an apartment you better fine-comb your lease for anything saying "Illegal drugs"
     
  3. Yep, even in an MMJ State landlords are allowed to refuse permission to grow because it's still against Federal laws.

    As for school zones, read the statute and look for yourself :confused_2:
