Hello blades, today at about 12:50 pm and student at my school ran into the office and shot 2 of my principals. I was about 30 feet from the office at the time and it was quite the crazy day. I was sitting in the main hallway with 2 other kids and we are chit chating, waiting to go to math class. One of the kid says "The principal is looking for someone". The principal looks my way and starts shouting "Code red, everyone get into the kitchen." Now code red at my school means lock all the doors, turn off the lights and hide in the corner. Normally this is used for school shooting or if someone suspicious is walking around the school. Me and the kid I was sitting with kind of chuckle and get up from our spot and start walking twords the school kitchen. The ladies in the office announce the code red over the intercom and everyone takes a run for the kitchen. We get back there and they lock up all the doors and everything and everyone is on their phone trying to find out what is going on. We end up sitting in the kitchen for 2 hours while the lunch ladies pass out pizza and snacks for everyone. The police finally show up and escort us out of the building to a church that sits right next to the school lot to the west. There where police helicopters flying around and people with assault rifles guarding us as we walked out. I managed to snap a few pictures.
I didn't hear any gun shots or see any action but I was not but 30 feet away from where this all took place. Be grateful your alive.

    Details:
The gunman was suspended for unknown reasons and came back and tried to get into the gym. The principal scared him away and that's when he ran into the office. He shot 2 of my principals before fleeing in his car. The police cornered him a few miles away where he took his own life. The principals where air lifted to the hospital and are in critical condition.

  2. you pulled out ur 9 and busted a cap in that pigs ass right?

  3. There was a shooting at my school my senior year. Was one of the better schools in town but still had its share of drugs, gangs, knife and guns.

  4. I'll upload pictures as soon as I can, takes a while because they are on my phone, good quality though.

  5. How are people not commenting on this? This is the most intence shit ever!

  6. Coincidence he was a police detectives son..?

  7. Conspiracy?

  8. uhhhhhhhhhhh....

    yes

  9. Waiting for the pics!!!

Pretty fucking nuts though. I went to high school in a rich, white conservative suburb so I never had to deal with anything even remotely like this.

Someone called a bomb threat in on a Friday once because they wanted to skip a test, and...well that's about the most exciting shit that happens in my old hometown.

  10. You cant say you have pictures then wait to post them

Send them to your email address upload them on a hosting site and post them here, takes ten minutes.

You got free pizza and hung out in a kitchen, I wish half the lockdowns my school had were as good as that.

  11. They are on my phone, I'm trying to send them to my email but it keeps saying it failed.
My school is in a somewhat good part of town. Not many crimes, upper middle class.

  12. I can't help my phone is on at&t. I was pretty lucky to be close to the cafeteria at the time, better then a cramped classroom. I was also the first group to be let out.

  13. Whoah that's crazy.

  17. I usually use Facebook Mobile to upload phone pics.

Set it up to your number and then send the pics to mobile@facebook.com

  18. if he ran in the office and tried to shoot the principal while you were 30 ft away how the hell did you not hear it

  19. Had a Lockdown my last year I was in highschool, it was crazy shit. We were stuck in our room until police cleared one room at a time. We were in the portapack and could hear the police walking around on the roof. Cops with rifles everywhere, the whole 9

I was stuck for a few hours and almost fell asleep sitting at the front of the class haha

this is what Wikipedia has to say:

    "2006 Lockdown

On October 4, 2006, Forest Heights was put on a Code Red (lock down) when several students barged into the school wielding weapons. Six youths ran through the school, two with steel pipes. An adult saw the students and followed them into the school to notify the staff. The police were notified and responded immediately. It was broadcast live on CKCO-TV, the local news station. It took police 3 and a half hours to search the school for any immediate threats, or dangers, and to evacuate students that were in classrooms. The footage of the cameras inside the school was viewed after the school was emptied, and from there the identities of the parties involved were obtained, resulting in charges against unidentified minors of uttering threats, assault with a weapon and possession of a dangerous weapon. A seventh student who did not appear on the video footage was charged, but the charges were subsequently dropped."

pretty lame now, but at the time it was scary shit because we didnt know what was going on and assumed it was more than a metal pipe
