smoked in school, school found out. suspended for 5 days. they think i supply, i have a hearing unless i rat out the person i picked up from. are there loopholes to this? what is the reality of this? has anyone gone through this before?
Where did you smoke in school and how did they catch you? I would say don't rat anyone out because that will just get more people in trouble and I don't think they will let you go even if you tell anyways unless they want the dealer more than the smoker. But if you rat on people then other people will start to not like you and may think if you get caught again then you may rat then out...but I am just rambling now.
i wasn't on school grounds i don't think. i don't want to give out too much info in case this escalates but basically an overreaction by someone who was there caused a hospital scare. it was a big mess. i don't want to give names but they said if i don't i could be expelled the rest of the year, and possibly my "confession" alone might not be able to get someone else jail time, so i'm just curious as to what the best decision would be

mann, where you from? ul big time. dont tell them who you picked up off, they surely have no proof you supply so deny deny deny. they cant do anything bad to you for" thinking" you supply. schools probably jsut scaring you (happened to me), you could always say you found it. i actually did find a bag o weed on the floor once. what a nice surprise, it was good stuff too.

Yea man, they cant expell you for simply smoking weed unless they have proof that you actually sold it to someone. Dont rat anybody out, thatll just cause more problems for you and probably make you the most hated kid in your school. Just deny supplying and take the fall for smoking.

that happened to me the other day, except i got narced on i just got back to school wednesday, my friend got expelled, other friend got suspended, and the kid who narced on everyone went to the hospital cause he took to big of a rip
dude i went through the same bs but my dads a lawyer and he just told me to keep my mouth shut and dont say shit they cant do shit without you talking to them just dont say anything ever to anyone involved with this bs.
