Schedule

  1. I need some help getting my schedule back on track. I work a 3rd shift job from 6-2 5 days a week. Generally when I come home I'll smoke a bowl and relax after a solid days work. Weed does work different for me though, only if I smoke during the day will I crash hard and fall right to sleep for a couple hours, if I smoke anytime from like 6pm-8am I'll be up all morning. I need help fixing my schedule to where when I smoke after work I fall a sleep and get up at a decent hour in the morning. I hate having to rush from waking up at 3 and getting all of my running around done before going into work at 6. Any suggestions GC?

    Also lately I have been waking up with hurtful back pains, and just have no ambition to wake up. Also, when I sleep, I cant sleep more than a few hours at a time. Again, thank you for suggestions
