Looks like a bit of greyness...whitish sandy buildup.. with clear water droplets covering them. Seen this before? I'll continue to research but any insight is greatly appreciated.

Plant is otherwise very healthy, new roots forming.. bright white. New top growth all visually appealing.

  2. Upon further inspection, green growth with white growth ontop of it.

Assumed it was mold & sprayed it down with 3% h2o2. Disappeared instantly.

Now my question is.. Will this be a constant attack I'll have to battle until some particular variables are changed?

  3. plenty of air being pumped in, it seems. Lots of popping bubbles reaching out to every side of the container.

I put gorilla tape all over the top and sides of my container and then covered that in black tarp. There is a chance that some light could be leaking down into the reservoir from the net pots themselves. I have since added some more hydroton to each netpot in hopes to block out as much light as possible from above.

But if its mold.. it doesn't require sunlight to grow, does it?
