Free shipping is an awesome deal if you're buying a small number of seeds. But a bigger percent off could save you more if you're buying a larger amount. That's why we do personal codes so you can look at what you're buying & see what saves you more. And, I think if you buy enough, free shipping kicks in at a certain point anyway. We can also give you a bonus free seed, but I think money off or free shipping is the better deal.
I ordered seeds and it was the biggest mistake i ever made. Because i had to go through the hassle of signing up to warn others. Number one problem is when i first tried to buy the seeds the site crashed on payment i had to do it 3 times. Then i waited and waited for a conformation email for my instant credit card payment. I am still waiting on this email, NEVERMIND my seeds! Also those seeds the x5 Bubba Kush from GHS stated very clearly in stock. So could someone on earth explain to me how you managed to screw me on that order when i paid £5 delivery? I sent you an email info@Gorilla demanding a full refund because i think personally this is hands down THE worst online retailer i used in many many years. I still cannot get over no conformation email? No 20% off on that or free delivery either it was straight up instant payment and it worked out worse.
As I mentioned on your other thread, we will take care of it. I, however, don't check info@Gorilla so I wouldn't see that email. Together, Steve & I monitor the forums, and he also monitors Facebook. We were having system issues a few days ago - in fact, I helped several members here who were trying to make orders, and couldn't place one myself when I tried to test the system. That's why you didn't get your confirmation email. That was resolved yesterday & everyone is supposed to be offered discounts on future orders. However, I don't know how long it will take them to sort through all the bad duplicate orders. It could be why no one's had a chance to answer your original email. If you pay by credit card, you obviously don't get the 20% discount. And, free shipping, additional discounts, etc. are things I hand out to members of forum sponsors. I'm sorry you weren't around to ask for one, but I can certainly take care of your problem now. Again, if you PM me, I will make sure you're taken care of. Gorillaseedbank when you say pay cash do you mean cold cash or money order too get the 20 percent and free delivery? I will be ordering some OG Kush seeds from you but not sure which OG Kush seed grows best with good yields. Which one would you recommend? Postal money orders, even the international ones, will not cash in the UK. It's right on the USPS website if you look. So, no money orders. Cash, as in actual dollar bills rounded up or down to the closest dollar, is good - make sure you get the right amount in dollars since our site will show pounds at checkout. Please send using trackable mail so you know it gets to us. We've also extended the 20% discount to bank transfers, , Moneygram & bitcoins. When it comes to OG strains, I kind of like them all. There's someone I really respect on another site (he supplies a few big SoCal dispensaries with dried herb & concentrates) - he likes the DNA/Reserva Privada OG strains if he's buying from us. But, to me, just about any OG or any Kush is good - they're my favorites. The Sour Diesel IBL is from Reservoir Seeds? If so, I don't have those available to me at this time. I have a question for ya. Last year I placed a seed order through a company and my seeds were seized by customs but I got my T-shirt LOL. I'm looking at placing a order but do I have a higher chance of getting them seized again if I have been flagged or something?
I have no idea - I hear rumors of people having their address "flagged", but I have no way of knowing if they even do that. And, if it was one seizure, it's doubtful that anyone's flagged your address. We resend to the same address all the time and the 2nd shipment usually makes it. At this time, we're guaranteeing shipments without an extra charge. The only tme we haven't been able to get through was for Australia right before we stopped shipping there, and that customer got a full refund. ~~sherry
We cannot. I've been asked before. I think that is their brand & they may not be willing to sell through other vendors.
I have to use the suppliers that we have contracts with - and I don't get to pick those. What I can do is ask our suppliers if they can work out something to carry those seeds - it might happen, it might not. I have had them add new breeders at my suggestion before, and I've had them tell me they couldn't work anything out with some of them too.
