saunas and narcotics, always made sense that it would speed up the process of removing the toxins. Did some reading on the web and found articles talking about just that so wanting to know if anyone has tried doing so and there experience have to share or know more about it. I already have a membership so I do it all the time already. I tend to do it more heavy and stay in longer if I know a test is coming soon and I do have some opiate in the system. Cool if it speeds it up by a day or so.
I can't see why it would speed it up, especially in the case of marijuana where THC is stored in fat cells. All a sauna does is make you sweat: thereby dehydrating you. It's not burning off any fat. It does work wonders for removing environmental toxins, but I'm not sure how well it works for removing drug toxins.
Drug toxins like opiates, does wonders I can see and any other drug for that matter except THC, THC has a science to it, just takes more time and needs to stay dedicated to it. Before you go into the sauna, use the tread-mil for 20 mins and maintain your pulse around 170-180 so arms, legs are sweating. You want all your pores open and your heart already pumping pretty good. Finish go straight to the sauna, the sauna alone will maintain your pulse at around 160-180 and you will be burning calories and not just sweating out water, sweating out toxins deep in the muscle. lymph nodes, kidneys, you just need to stay in as long as possible, 20 minutes minimum with a lot of steam and walk out and then walk back in. You don't do this right before a test, actually make the THC levels higher since you are bringing them out. I use to do this just to bring my thc down so I can get wicked high again but was curious about the other drugs, I would think the above method would accelerate opiates very quickly, but I have a tiny bit of doubt cause I don't know for sure.
