If I had to guess from that 1 picture I would have to agree with the above that it's a hybrid, but I would say it's more sativa dominant. The leaflets don't overlap at all and the flowers seem to be growing spiraling up the branches like sativa plants tend to.
Looks like you have some powdery mildew, the black spots I'm not quite sure about the picture isn't clear enough.
