Satavia outdoor questions

  1. What should I do last night was 45 degrees and this morning the plant has spots? Is it too cold for my strain? Do I harvest now? Will the spots effect my buds? Im not using bottle fertilizer, should I just give it banana tea for potassium?

  2. Or can I just take the 3 fan leaves with spots off the plant?

  3. I'd just go with the flow and let the girl finish out. No value to adding more nutes, if anything, fewer nutes will give you more cannabinoids..

You can pick the leaves if you're bored, otherwise just chilllllllll
    :dance2:

Some "Fade" is normal enough and can vary from strain to strain.

The front pair are near harvest and have a fair level of fade going on as the plant translocates elements (usually N) from the oldest fan leaves. I don't remove the yellowing fans until the are starting to brown and dry out and pull off easily. At that point the plant is done with them.

The still fully green plant is a lot more Sativa leaning and likely won't be finished for weeks yet.

Cannabis can stand down to near freezing before it suffers enough damage to harm or kill it. High 30s will have it still chugging along although it may turn a shade of purple in the colder temps. Any predicted nights at 34F or lower and you should harvest before.

Are you spraying for Mildew and Caterpillars ?

  7. No I haven't sprayed for mildew and caterpillar. I haven't seen any caterpillar and I check on them everyday. I have mixed oils from orange peels, vinegar, and water and sprinkled it over the soil about three times since veg
