    Hi, I have been having problems lately sleeping. I go to try and sleep at around midnight and then i usually fall asleep around 3 or 4 followed by continually waking up every so often and the having to leave my house at 7. Does this qualify as something I could get a medical card for because I do sleep like a rock after I smoke or eat it. If it does qualify can someone with some experience in the SF bay area give me a short walk through on the process I should go through to get this card as well as good places to do it. Thank you all in advance for your input.
