    A head shop might be a good place to start. Maybe ask someone walking out who looks
    like a stoner. I went to Planet K on East Mulberry street and it was usually somewhat busy.

    Just be really careful, SA cops will jail you for a seed or even a stem. Laws in Texas are no joke.....well, actually they are a BIG joke.
