    Nice one Digit. Been a while since I repped you now, since you're more "lightly tethered to earth" than is healthy, but at least here we're off in the cosmos were I guess we both belong :)

    Sagan is my hero. anyone referencing Sagan gets a cookie from me!

    edit: fuckcrap. I can't quite yet. I'm to squingy on my reps, so need to spread some around. Remind me a bit later. Preferably when (not if) we get in a heated discussion again :p

    Pale Blue Dot by Sagan is another great book. Sums up the space program purpose very well.

    i'm pretty sure we've got evidence for humans going back in their present form for at least 100,000 years, as long back as the first suggested shamanism and entheogen religions. scientific pop quotes say homosapien goes back two million years, is it? hehe.....
