If by best you mean he does kickflips backside flips hardflips and back lips down bigger stairs and rails than anyone than sure, but he is NOT the gnarliest, not the most technical, not the most styish, essentially not the best skater in any way shape or form. Probably some European guy. Or Luan, Or TX. Someone foreign for sure though

Ryan Sheckler is a douchebag in my opinion, but he is VERY talented on a skateboard

 

So I just talked to my buddy who knows torey, and he said when he asked tpuds what the secret to kickflip crooks are, he responded saying "just kickflip as high as you fucking can and then do a crook". Like dude how do you just do that as a though-process. First world problems.
