You joined to ask that? Seriously? Just make a new file, it's free, and building up your character is much more fun than having someone else's. Moreover, those accounts are not the property of the players, but rather Jagex Ltd., the developer, as stated in their terms of service, and are not to be traded amongst people. Yeah, t'was a major bummer.
