Rules about buying rolling papers in Cali?

    Is there an age limit to buy them, and if there is what is the age limit. I see no reason why they should be illegal since they're just papers...but i'm guessing there's no legal reason to use them outside of tobacco.

    BTW: I live in the Bay Area..and the place i want to buy them is some none 7/11 liquor store.

    If anything it would be 18, but if in doubt just go in and try to buy some. 1 of a couple things could happen:
    1) Clerk says nothing and sells them to you
    2) Clerk asks for ID, you say you don't have any on you:
    2a) Clerk sells to you anyways
    2b) Clerk says sorry

    So go for it

    Alright thanks man. I feel a lot better about going in and buying some now. Will they be behind the counter and should I just ask him for Zig Zags?

    Surprising, lol no one called him out on his age. But i dont know, i never get carded for papers, not even when i was underage with a choppy beard lol.

    I know in CO you have to be 18 to by papers(and lighters Wtf?) I don't know about CA though. When I was "under-age" I used to go this one headshop that didn't give a fuck. They'd sell anything to anyone.
