    Yes maybe. I kiss my girls hand and hold it against my cheek, but she's my girl. It's a little personal and it's fun to slap guys. Just kidding- but maybe that's a significant thing to her. You don't know where people have been. If you want to get to know someone tread lightly. Respect space. ;)

    Wow. Cause women should be kissed and touched by who ever wants to touch them. Guys who think like you are rapist. Not true? You're not a rapist? So why is it okay to call a women a bitch and self entitled just because she doesn't want to be touched and kissed by a stranger.

    It's been so long since that practice was popular most people are probably confused/made uncomfortable by it.  Where I live contact like that is the norm and chicks would still not like that.  It's pretty much common here to touch cheeks and do a little kiss when you meet or greet people, but it's sort of a Cuban thing, a kiss on the hand would be way too old fashioned.
