I am an 18 year old male that is 5'3", currently weigh 130 pounds, in the last year I have lost 60 pounds after a very rapid weight gain from a pharmaceutical (for prescribed, medical use). Right now I just want to be back to normal and get this little last bit of flab off of me. I've started to ride my bike A LOT. I'll ride around downtown after work for about 5-8 hours, and I usually barely eat. Usually just a medium sized meal late at night before sleep because that's when I get home. I don't drink as much water as I'd like to because I don't always have easy access to it. When I ride my bike I'm usually going moderate 'cruise speeds' but there's a lot of hills so I always have to push myself. All in all I'd say I ride a total of 5 miles at least a day. If I keep this up how much weight could I lose in say a month? Idek if it's possible for you to make that estimate but meh. I'm high and bored and I want answers lmao.
if you're only eating one medium sized meal a day, that's no good. you should be eating throughout the entire day, basically.
You must eat a good breakfast. I don't understand why people skip this important meal. Sure time might be tight but it's your body, take care of it.
So far I've only gotten replies about how I should eat breakfast.... yet I lost 30 pounds in a month eating just a couple snacks a day. I know breakfast is important, but I also know that it depends on your diet. So can somebody give me any other tips other than eat breakfast?

Breakfast isn't nearly as important as everyone says.. stay low on carbs. Only drink water; coffee and tea are okay. Long, slower paced cardio.

Would I be getting more progress if I stuck with all this and actually ate breakfast in the morning? I know I lose A LOT of water weight because I sweat very easily, even walking around in a warm room gets me very sweaty, idk why.
Well, if you want to avoid your weight going back up, you should find a diet that you can do for the rest of your life. Otherwise youll burn out, and get fat again. As far as your cardio Id do more intensity than bike riding. Try running. You have to support all of your body weight. Lifting weights will help you lose weight as well.
You ride around 5-8 hrs a day and you only go 5 miles a day? Your body can get use to a routine workout making it harder to loose weight so mix it up ride the bike different routes or run.
