Stem Troble fuckin holder!!! u c that ? there was a holder u can c it on the left (that used to be a holder) then 1 week ago the little dark shit showed up and it was removed 1 week pased but it still looks shitty as i said its a CITRAL 26 days old THE ONE ON THE RIGHT its a bit smaller and darker colour still a good green tho any indeas? tnx
The rockwool is getting too soaked., use hydroton for DWC. That looks crazy. Like a tiny beaver has been going at it.
Oh, I see said the Blind man, You do have it over here. I beleive your rockwool is way to wet. Might thinking of maybe using Cocca Plug's Or Rappid Starter Grow Plug's, I feel they work alot better then the rockwool cube's. I have seen many People Cusss'n The RockWool.
sorry to say but i think its gonna die, so if i were u i'd clone the bitch as much as i can. but thats jus me and id wait a bit more to see if it is saveable.
tnx man i guess so id like to try to save it (just becouse of gaining some EXP) but i dont know how shit
is it possible to make it 1 big clone? or put some extra rockwool cube around it and hope that itll drop some roots upper the rotten shit? there are 3 possibilitys in this case i think 1) it will drop roots through upper cube 2) itll rotten more and die 3) it will drop some roots but will rotten any way becouse rotten shit will spread making clones is the best idea so far IMO i think i can make few there and make the rest show sex untill it die if there will be enough time i need more info search of this forum didnt help me
Hey man, the stem has apparently got some disease which will have destroyed the xylem for sure, now the plant can't get any water up from the roots to its top, so the top will die. Your ideas are pretty good, but I think making as many normal sized clones as you can will be your best bet. Use rooting hormone and a heat pad and you'll probably get them all to strike. GL man.
thanks man im going to post the cloning process here using some cloning DWC or AEROCLONER or whatever its not done yet so it probably be some water cloning using the GHE roots boost aditive around 300 PPM PH 5.5 not shure about the tempreture now - ill do some research there im not shure plant will survive until i make a good cloner so stay tuned
After you clone i would try to pull the top rockwool off and replace it with hydroton,i have had that before and they did survive and i also have pulled off RW from clones and planted them with great success(it was a test on some male subjects for experience).
ok when i was cloning the plant i saw some GREEN SHIT covering the rockwool i was like WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i removed the whole "layer" and thats what u see on the pic i also puted some charcoal to soak som extra humidity and shit right there maybe ill put some more i couldnt remove more rockwool to replace it with hydroton becouse the roots are beginig to grow right where the rockwool ends now (they are small but i didnt want to damage them)
i took 2 clones for the begining and i made a DWC cloner with a humidity dome really ghetto and cheap one but it works and looks wonderfull u can find details in MY SETUP thread i didnt find a heating mat but a transperant DWC and a pretty hot cabinet do all the work for me CONDITIONS: 55W CFL bulb lights are on 24 hours a day water temp - 24C using a ph 6 water and a 300 ppm (0,5 EC) GHE roots boost solution humidity - 75% the dome keeps the clones well sprayd all the time lets see
they look good man, I hope you're successful with them! One thing for next time, it's best to make your cuts just below a node rather than in the internode. The nodes contain a lot of hormones so you get better results when you cut just below one.
yeah tnx man ive read about that i did cut one of them under the node (or its still too far?) but the second one would be too small if i cuted it there ill make more just to learn the problem is my friend still belive its gonna make it and hes yelling when im going to cut more) P!
no, that first one is perfect, any closer to the node than that and you risk damaging it. I thought that about the second one, but apparently it's better to go close to the node and have a smaller cutting than cut in the internode. Once the xylem's been removed in a complete ring like that (in trees it's called 'ring barking') the water has no way of getting up from the roots. The plant is doomed.
ohh i see any way my cab got space only for 2 big plants i guess ill have one big CITRAL and reeplace the doomed one with few single cola ones i make from those clones or maybe the THAI HAZE SKUNK i got already u can see it in my growjournal if ur interested i wonder how long can it stay alive maybe i should swich it to 12/12 to see the sex maybe theres no reason to make clones if its a male
