i got them in a flood table and in rockwool and i wanna rotate the girls is this ok or will it shock them in anyway the roots are thru the rockwool and in the hydrotron is it safe to be moving them around
i would not move them, u can cause root damage, if u really have to rotate them, rotate the flood table, or move the light.
