Don't worry, I've had top shelf not squish anything. Even the man Soil Grown himself says some strains just won't squish. It's a real bummer when it happens though...

Even if if does squish really good, you can still grind up the chip and smoke it. Sometimes my buddies will squish one then put the dab back on the rosin chip.
Some folks don't dab their concentrates. I know old boys who put oil on their flower then smoke it in a bowl. Some folks also save rosin chips for a desperate time. So instead of just smoking that one bud in a bowl, you could smoke the oil itself and then smoke the chip later or just grind it up and add it on top. There is still quite a bit of thc in those chips.

They do. I know old guys who don't dab but like hash oil so they squish buds and then put it on top of a fresh bowl and chief. If your just using the bud as a vehicle to smoke the oil, use the chip. Saves ya a bud and a guy tested chips in a GC and it still has quite a lot of thc left in it. I use my enail and rig, lol was just tossing out for anyone who's maybe just dabbling
I will say though you get much more stoned blasting that rosin hit instead of smoking that initial bud normally...
