Rosin press complications

    I'm using nugsmasher og and I'm overall happy with pressing besides with kief. I use bubble bags to collect kief and was testing a few grams out. The quantity was nice just not the quality. I used around 2.5 grams of kief and got about a gram and a half of rosin but my rosin appears to be black compared to light amber and transparent I get when pressing flower. I used bottle tek method with plates at 210. The time of the press was roughly 30 seconds or a few less. Any help would be greatly appreciated
