I got an emilys garden dwc for a gift, My rockwool cubes have shown roots right know i have them sitting on top on hydroton , cubes moist not wet. My question is when can i put them in the system should the roots touch the water ???The kits came with moisture strips...I dont want my roots to dry up and my lil ladies to die...they are about 2" tall with first set of serrated leaves growing,This is day 3 or for I will post some pics when i get a chance.
Bury the cube in the pellets so its just covering it, put the net pot in the bucket turn on the pump and keep the cube moist until the roots hit the water.
