Roots Growin Thru Five Gallon Buckets

Discussion in 'First Time Marijuana Growers' started by double oh, Jul 18, 2014.

  1. Hello errybody, I got some nice ladies outdoors in five gallon buckets, they have been in the same spot for a couple of months but now I want to move them.... Problem is the roots grew thru the holes and I don't want to rip em. Will it stunt them if I do... Or go hermie??? Any help would be appreciated

  2. It may stunt them a little but it shouldn't make a difference

  3. Thanks, just wanted to know if anyone has experienced this before and what the outcome was. Appreciate the info

  4. I'd actually be surprised if it stunts it at all because it's suck a small amount

shouldn't be a problem. just cut the roots and move it. Cannabis is suprisingly tolerant of both leaf and root cutting. you really have to stress a plant to make it hermie. Been growing 5 years and had my share of mistakes and the only time a plant went hermie on me was when i had a small light leak in my closet.

  6. Thanks a lot, appreciate the input
