ok so i have a dwc garden and i just noticed that the roots have a brown slime on them. i just changed the rez yesterday. i checked the temp in the rez and it was 82 degrees. is this too warm? could it just be some nutrients built up? my real question is should i just keep them and clean with h202 or could i plant them in soil and have better success? also will cutting off the infected roots be best? THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP

  2. WELL firstly definitely dont post your stupid problems all over the city.

Others might suggest cutting roots, but Id wait for some smart people before doing that. Temps definitely too warm and im not even a hydo pro. Water should be approximately room temperature at all times.

Google pics of root rot, Id have to guess it is though if your temps that high.
