It sounds a lot like campaign speak. Is it possible he intends to at least 'test the waters', so to speak, in preparation for 2012?
I did hear a lot more of the word "I" in his comments. "I" would bring the troops home. "I" would waste no money overseas and use some of that to help medical care costs. I like the use of the word "I" but I'm not sure it means he will run in 2012. We can only hope...
