David Vitter has picked up the Sanders standard and will get a vote on the full Fed audit following Sanders. Splitting the action into two votes could give Fed defenders an opportunity to carve up the bipartisan coalition, with Republicans generally voting for the Vitter amendment and Democrats generally voting for Sanders -- leaving neither with enough to get over the top.

They just said the Senate reform bill session begins at 10am EST Tuesday morning.

Edit: I don't know the guys name who asked the chair to revise the schedule, but she answered back "...without objection" Does Vitter have an amendment of his own, or is he bringing up Paul's bill? I think he said amendment number 12, 13 or 30 something. Can someone please update what amendment he said?

Please, please, I hope my title is NOT misleading. I was in a rush and just heard this all on c-span in the space of about a minute. He did ask for equal time for Bernie Sanders and Vitter's amendments.
