Rolling Papers- How to get them, Where to find them

Discussion in 'Other Smoking Accessories' started by SmokyLife, Mar 23, 2011.

  1. So, today, I was going to pick up some rolling papers at a 7-11 nearby. However, I couldn't find any in the aisles- are they behind the counter, or was I just not looking hard enough? Do they have the same laws, like cigarrettes, where you have to be eighteen to buy them (I live in NJ). I guess I could go to the nearest Krauszers convenience store, one of my friends bought them there, and he's 16 (Im a senior though, my B-Day was in December (turned 18). Do any laws prevent rolling papers from being sold without ID, or was I just not looking enough?

  2. you gotta be 18. at the 711 by me theyre behind the register with the blunts and pornos. you know, the good stuff.

  3. It was my understanding, at least a year or a few years back, that you had to be 19 years old in NJ to buy tobacco products.

  4. yah behind the counter is where they will sell most of the other tobacco products

cus you know rolling papers are for tobacco use only;)
