I smoke my ganja with bongs and sometimes with pipes, I am looking for a new and cleaner way of doing it. I searched the net and found a couple cigarette rolling machines. It seems like they roll it just like cigarette. Compact and sturdy. Now I am convinced that this system would produce very high quality smoking experience You can mix your bud with any flavor tabacco you like. This is specially good for people who doesn't smoke cigarettes since rolling tabacco does not contain nichotine. I want to use filters but not the kind you find in regular cigarettes. There are filters made out of solid plastic with large holes for the smoke to come through but would not let you pull any weed or tabacco in to your mouth. Rolling tabacco does not burn like cigarettes either, so you wouldn't waste much weed. What do you guys think? OR better yet has any of you already doing it like this.?
uh... rolling tobacco has nicotine. all tobacco has nicotine cuz its found naturally in the plant. rolling tobacco does burn like cigarettes, because people use it to roll cigarettes. its the exact same stuff as is in the cigarettes you buy at the gas station. but that does sound like a really cool idea.
I had one of these things once, but I'm sure it was of cheaper construction. It was just a little plastic tool, in which you place the weed/tobacco/whatever inside of. You then use basically 'empty' cigarettes, shaped llike any of them with a filter and paper but nothing inside. It attempts to "shoot" the stuff inside of the tube, but it never worked and it would always rip. We decided to toss the piece of shit and we just packed the tubes by hand; flawless victory. I use a bong though now; the tubes take alot of weed to fill up if you don't mix them. I prefer to smoke marijuana and tobacco separately, to fully enjoy the taste and effects of both. Those systems seem a little extravagent for rolling joints. I'd just buy a little five dollar roller from your headshop. Or just roll them by hand, practice makes perfect.
i have one of those, it worked pretty good. if you have trouble rolling, it should be a decent alternative.
You are right I always thought that Nicotine was added to cigarettes to make people addicted. OK, you don't have to buy seperate tabacco for this project, or you can buy it to create different tastes ... One thing thou, If i leave my cigarette on an ashtray by itself, it will bunout. I have seen cigarettes that does go out if not smoked. Weren't those the rolling tabacco stuff? You see I just want to add flavor and economy in to this project. Do you know what kind of tabacco does that? I did a little research on these rolling machines, aparently Premier Supermatic Rolling Machine is the best in the market. I am thinking if it is sold in so many places, it must not be so bad ??? Another thing= how do you guys cut your bud to smoke? the long way; with scissors or do you have a cleaner and more efficent way?
What are you talking about cutting your bud? If your talking about just nugs, all you gotta do it break them open with ur fingers, take out the seeds, remove the stem, and shread it up with ur fingers...
Yes you open with your fingers, take out the seeds "if any" and remove the stem. But I always cut the leaves with scissors to make them small enough so i can pull it in to the water bong once smoked. I am assuming that I would need to do the same thing for rolling machine. I have seen blunt grinders, but never used them before. I was just wondering if anybody has a different way of preparing the buds.
If youre going to buy cigarrete tubes to pack the green into, the tubes burn faster than rolling paper does, so youre joints will be gone pretty quick. I would just get a futorola or something if you cant handroll. I find handrolling is much more satisfying though. You should invest in a grinder to break up your weed, its so much quicker and easier.
its supposed to but my frinds and i have re-packed cigarettes with bud many times (if none of us happened to have a pipe on us) and it worked great. one thing we do tho, is cut most of the filter off
ahh .. that is a great tip ... I wanted the filter so i wouldn't suck in the weed along with the smoke, so the lenght is not a issue ... I would leave just enough so i can wrap my lips around it (this didn't sound right thou ... )
That particular one there looks like higher quality manufacture than the one I had. It was flimsy and it didn't work right at all. Didn't look anything like it, actually. Good luck with that. peace
You shouldn't waste so much effort to roll a joint. All the money wasted on all that stuff. I hand roll. Just try to learn to roll the joints yourself. You will be most pleased and gratified when you smoke it.
my g/f had one and we tried to stick some well grounded up bud in there but all it did was clog up the machine and make it hard 2 crank, and btw it came out really crappy
Just buy a box rolling machine, then take two extra papers out, lick em, fold them in half and let em stick to themselves. Then stack them on top of eachother and fold them over length-wise. Put them in one end of the box roller and the bud in the other. You got a very nice cigarette-like joint.
I make my own cigarettes and was intrigued as to if I could stuff pot like tobacco. After a few trial and errors, I found that I could. I have a Premier Supermatic. I found that fresh pot must be picked into little pieces and dried some to work. It's just to sticky otherwise. You can also add a little ash to coat it so that it will work. I make them in 100 mm, light tubes, and leave the filter on. I have NOT noticed any decrease in potency while smoking through a filter. The paper burns a little faster, but it hasn't caused a problem yet. If you buy a cigarette snuffer, you can put your cigarette joint out in it and smoke the rest later.
i rolled my own cigarettes for quite a while, i have one of these it works great, and you have absolute control over how the cigarette comes out after you learn how to use it well, you can also buy filters that don't really filter so much as they keep shit outcha mouth, i highly reccommend one of these, you can also use the paper of your choice...they shouldn't cost much, i think i got mine for around 6 dollers

yea dawg... rolling tobbacco has nicotene.... and yea it burns great... a little slower than most cigs i would say though.... ive been rolling my own for a bit over 2 years now.... and its way better than payin 45 bucks for a carton when i pay 15 for a can that ill get 225-250 cigs out of.... soooooo and yea ive tryed that machine that you put up... itll make a good joint.. dont make it a spliff though man... just straight weed...
