Roll a blunt a day before

Discussion in 'Experienced Cannabis Enthusiasts' started by zBUDz23, Mar 18, 2010.

  1. If i roll a blunt today for tomorrow will it go stale or anything?

  2. it will dry up and be harsh when you smoke it, and will probably taste and smell bad.

  3. This should be in the Apprentice Tokers forum. But if you roll a blunt today and smoke it tomorrow it will be okay as long as you put it in some sort of airtight container. A baggie would probably do the trick. The swisher might get a little stale though.

  4. The thing is though, i'm not an "apprentice". I've been smoking a long time but i've always been a bowl and bong type of person.

  5. yeah but a question like that belongs there:)

  6. Haha alright. Well I'll watch where i put my posts from now on, sorry.

  7. It'll be fine as long as its not right out in the air for the whole night.

  8. should be fine, i've done it with cyclones quite a few times

  9. Carefully open the end of the packaging, not the mouthpiece end, and slide the blunt out, roll it up, and once it's done slide it back in. Carefully pinch the plastic of the open end together and let the flame of a lighter get close, but don't burn it. Just enough to melt it a little, sometimes i pinch it together as it's cooling too to get a nice seal.

Or you can throw it in a ziploc, that's just a nice looking way to do it.

Or probably best of all, get a double pack of White Owls in the zip package and put it back in there when you're done rolling.

  10. why cant u just wait till 2morrow 2 roll it? why chance it being stale

  11. Dude just go to Walgreens and buy one of the Phillies in the plastic tubes. I usually keep one around just for this scenario. Not only does it keep the blunt fresh, but it's the best way to protect it from getting crushed or sliced open. I do this all the time.

  12. thanks for puttin me in your sig by the way, that's pretty tight. :smoking:

  13. If you have a way of just waiting to roll it tomorrow I suggest you wait. The blunt will just be stale even if you put it in a baggy or something else. I used to do the same thing and realized a freshly rolled blunt is way better

  14. It has a high chance of banana-ing lol, but besides that it will be fine.

  15. Ha, I didn't even notice you were the same person, I mentioned it in that thread, but I think it was a couple pages after your post. I was bakeddd though, I laughed so hard when I saw it.

  16. itll b fine just keep it in a ziplock and if u want take a little toilet paper or somethng and wet it and make a ball and just stick it in there and seal the bag theyll b fresh

  17. it will get fairly dry, especially if left out in the open, if you got a foil fresh dutch slip it back in the foil.
Other wise put it in some sort of container,or just stick it in a sandwich bag.
It's just a night so it'll be fine, even if left out it will be slightly harsher,I usually
fog the blunt, like you would a window, helps a little or lightly lick your finger and run it softly
on the seal of the leaf. This helps it stay intact and not come undone,as a dry blunt will sometimes.

If you've smoked a dry vanilla dutch, you know what I mean

  18. It will be fine for a day. Just don't let it sit for too long.

  19. I totally feel you.
Alot of times I'll roll a dank relllo at night, and then spark it on the way to work at 6 am.
Aslong as you get like phillies in a tube or in the foil wrapper and put it back in overnight, it'll be fine

  20. Um i personally prefer dried blunts to wet ones. I think they burn smoother and hit nicer dried vs it just being rolled
