I'm sick of everybody saying robin hood took from the rich and gave to the poor? From what I remember he was taking from the sheriff who was filling in for the king and was over taxing. So he was stealing from the government and giving it back to the people.
My definition of a government is a monopoly on taxes and war. And since the king controlled both he was the governing body. True he had to tax and pay for war with real money but that is what led to coin clipping the first form of inflation or devaluation.
yea jesus was a socialist. That doesn't mean socialism would work in america currently, it means its probably a good ideal. I don't remember him saying people should be forced to be socialist, though. robin hood, was a pretty cool dude. that's really all i know.
king=rich Jesus Connolly was a marxist-leninist-maoist-connolyite obviously.... Defiantly not anarcho-cappie though, he hated bankers.
"And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all of them who sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves." Matthew 21:12-13 I'm not much of a religious person myself, but I do find it interesting that the only time Jesus implemented any form of physical force was against the fractional reserve bankers of his day. Banking in of itself isn't inherently bad, but fractional reserve lending constitutes a form of fraud. It is one of the best kept secrets of the bankers, attaining wealth at the expense of the commoner. money is like tokens at the arcade. you get your tokens (money) go up to the counter (any store) and trade your tokens for "prizes".
