yeah smoking just out in the open is really sketch me and my friend found a really good spot at a abonded building then you climb this fence then you clib under a barbed wire fence and WALLA hella shit
i got this spot, its a house that is all old and no one lives right on the bay its so awsome but yo im wondering do u think if ur friend ran he could have gotten away... he must know the trails better then the cops and it was at night too.
If it where me, I would have kept running. I'm sure he could have gotten away, I mean he is a very fast runner and he does bike those trails often.
Shouldn't he have just denied? I mean they need a Permit to search your person, better to give it a try. He can't do shit to you if he didn't see the interaction...And since he's 18 he can own Marijuana "without" THC. So smelling like it doesn't matter. If they detained him and didn't see the interaction, he could've gotten the cops in trouble, right?
Once you run, they have probable cause to search you, i.e. no warrant required. Plus, with the Patriot Act... lol

if he started running why didnt he just keep running... if it was undercover im sure he coulda said he was scarred that someone was stalking him or something if they eventually cought him... and why didnt he ditch the sack in the woods? if he gave up to the police he coulda atleast ditched the weed and like i said thought someone was following him..... wow
any of you ever tried to run while stoned through woods or such? it's not usually an easy feat. i didn't say some aren't better than others/find it perfectly easy and normal. but when you're just smoking, then all of the sudden you have to run you don't always know what's going on. you trip a lot and don't get away easily.

i just find all of that ironic and most unlikely now that i read it all again but shit i dunno man... i just dont see why anyone else sees that as kinda dumb for a cop to throw the sack on the ground and grind it all up in the dirt and then try to arrest you and have no proof that you had weed besides his word? whatever man if you get your money back than its all good but it seems to me he just smoked it all up or something and doesnt wanna say he did but if you get your money back than its all good... i mean why would an under cover cop follow him after he got done smoking in the open... why not do it while their in the middle of the session.. it just doesnt add up to me but like i said as long as you get your money back
