Well they're getting better. At least those don't clobber people with clubs and shoot into crowds anymore. Considering the kind of work that RCMP are expected to preform, this kind of thing is very rare, which is good. Hopefully incidents of bad judgment like this can continue to improve this bewilderingly disjointed agency.
