I just took two 20 mg slow release(I think) it did not say anywhere on the bottle that it was but I got some 10 mg ones that look different so I think it is. But I bit them in half with my front teeth before I swallowed them should that have worked for getting rid of the time release because it's been an hour and I'm not noticing much other then a rise in body temp.
Well the pills were REALLY small like little beads. So I thought just biting them in half would do the trick no need to grind it up in a fine powder and parachute it am I wrong?
